Jutta Hagenmüller Executive Search is based in the Rhine-Main region of Germany and operates throughout Germany and worldwide, particularly in eastern Asia - China, Japan and Vietnam. The broad range of services I offer includes advice and expert support using tried and tested methodologies as well as the best of the new tools of high-quality recruitment.
However, the integrated consultancy practice of Jutta Hagenmüller Executive Search also provides services above and beyond this. With my partners at THE BRIDGE International Management Consulting, I offer international and intercultural organisation development solutions whilst the International Public Relations Academy and Consultancy, IPRAC, can provide my clients with access to excellent communications expertise, from training and coaching to the complex area of employer branding.
Incidentally, I do not feel my work is by any means successfully completed when a contract is signed between my client and the candidate. For me, success comes only when true integration is achieved – in some cases between different cultures. That is what I aim for.

The fact that my search teams use all relevant databases hardly needs particular mention. However, what is remarkable is the sophistication and precision of our search procedures, which enable us to meet the wishes of our clients quicker, more accurately and, in many cases, at lower than expected costs.
Advertisements placed in the appropriate media enable a shortlist to be drawn up and direct contact set up. In contrast to executive search, it is the candidate who indicates his or her interest in changing jobs. Otherwise, however, the procedure for assessment and selection is more or less the same. Confidentiality, including data protection, is a given.
Online assessment and profiling tools have proved extraordinarily helpful for assessing the suitability of a candidate. Usually the three candidates I would intend to introduce to the client will undergo such assessments. These online tools enable me to obtain a good general view of the candidate’s professional and personal interests, his or her thought patterns and behavioural characteristics, as relevant to the profile of the position to be filled.
