Myself and my team guarantee transparency in all essential matters whilst maintaining discretion for the protection of both clients and candidates. Everything we do, every step we take, is done with the agreement of both parties. And there are no surprises with regard to fees either.
My assistants and colleagues are, of course, bound by the same standards, although I am generally the sole point of contact for each client in relation to all important matters. I take responsibility for ensuring that the best possible person is found to fill a vacancy.

My resulting knowledge of standard internal functions, routines and processes within companies enables me to identify suitable candidates accurately. On top of this, I have more than twenty years experience in my own personnel consulting company as well as being a partner with the international expertise network THE BRIDGE International Management Consulting and IPRAC communications consultants.
