Jutta Hagenmüller began her professional career as a personnel consultant at a renowned international consulting company. Over the course of 10 years, most recently as a partner, she advised companies from the automotive, pharmaceuticals, and machine and plant construction industries when it came to filling managerial positions within Germany and abroad. She was also involved in establishing the German national subsidiary. As a freelance personnel consultant, Jutta Hagenmüller has been working for large and medium-sized companies, both nationally and Internationally, for over 25 years. Her focus lies on executive search and various methods of recruiting personnel, whether it be for management positions or for specialists. She also advises and coaches executives when it comes to their professional career development.

Before her career in personnel consulting, Jutta Hagenmüller worked for various industrial and retail companies in the USA and Europe, among others as a managing director in the electrical industry.
